By accessing or using SharpEdge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SharpEdge provides sports betting information, analysis, and picks for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator. We do not accept bets or facilitate gambling transactions.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
We offer weekly ($35/week), monthly ($150/month), and annual ($750/year) subscription plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Prices may change with notice.
4. No Guarantees
All picks and analysis are opinions based on available data. No outcome is guaranteed. Past performance does not predict future results. You acknowledge that sports betting involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any losses incurred.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal to use this Service. You are responsible for ensuring your compliance with applicable laws.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not share, resell, or redistribute premium content. Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access to the Service is prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including picks, analysis, graphics, and software, is owned by SharpEdge and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to view content during an active subscription.
8. Limitation of Liability
SharpEdge is not liable for any financial losses resulting from betting decisions made based on our content. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
